The AI Search Growth System.

The complete methodology for becoming the brand ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, and Gemini name first. Six layers, one connected program. Built for the buyer who now starts in an AI engine and only opens Google to verify.

The shift

SEO was a strategy for one engine. AI search is a strategy for five.

For 25 years, "search" meant Google. Optimization meant blue links, ten per page, ranked one to ten. The buyer typed a query. The buyer chose a result. The buyer clicked.

That model is fragmenting. A material share of high-intent buyer research now starts in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini, or Grok — and increasingly in voice and embedded AI assistants. The query is conversational. The answer is synthesized. The buyer doesn't choose from ten results. They get one paragraph and a citation.

If your brand isn't the citation, you don't exist for that buyer. There is no second page. There is no "I'll scroll down." There is the answer, and there is the silence around it.

The brands winning right now are the ones engineering themselves into that paragraph. Not by gaming an algorithm — by being so precisely positioned, structurally clear, and topically authoritative that the most specific match is unambiguous. That's what we build.

The system

Six layers. One connected program.

Each layer reinforces the others. Skip one and the system underperforms; skip two and it doesn't work. This is why most agencies' AEO offerings fail — they sell a tactic when the problem requires a system.

  1. 01

    Positioning Lock

We narrow your category language until there is one customer, one problem, and one phrase that names what you do. LLMs reward specificity — a clear "[brand] is [category] for [specific customer] who need [specific outcome]" statement is what gets retrieved cleanly. Vague positioning splits the retrieval signal across a dozen weak phrasings and loses to a competitor saying one specific thing well. The Positioning Lock becomes the Language Lock that runs through every page on your site.

  2. 02

    Buyer Prompt Mapping

We brainstorm and verify 30–80 of the exact queries your buyers type into AI engines. Not keywords — full conversational prompts, grouped into high-intent, decision-stage, research-stage, and problem-based. Each prompt becomes a page on your site, written to be the answer. Most brands have a homepage and three service pages. We map and build the full prompt landscape for your industry, which is typically 20–40× the page coverage of a typical website.

  3. 03

    Site Architecture for AI Extraction

Every page follows our LLM Citation Line template: conclusion in the first sentence, key facts (price, timing, what's included) in the first 200 words, three- to four-step process explanation, transparent breakdown of what's included vs extra, FAQ in 2–3 sentence answers, trust signals, single CTA. Pages are 800–2,000 words depending on intent. Every section is independently extractable. The site itself becomes a structured database of answers an LLM can quote without paraphrasing.

  4. 04

    Schema & Structured Data Saturation

Every page is marked up with the appropriate schema.org types — Organization, ProfessionalService, Product, Service, FAQPage, Review, AggregateRating, BreadcrumbList, Article — wired together with @id references. This is what lets LLMs and search engines confidently identify what a page is, who you are, what you sell, and how trustworthy you are. Most sites have minimal or broken schema. We saturate it. The result is dramatically improved retrieval confidence across all four major LLMs.

  5. 05

    Citation & Authority Building

LLMs trust brands that are referenced by other trusted sources. We build citations through original research, industry-specific PR, podcast appearances, expert quote placements, statistics worth quoting, and strategic Wikipedia and trade-publication coverage. This is the slowest layer to build but the deepest moat. Brands that complete this layer become not just AI-cited but AI-default — the engine recommends you without being asked.

  6. 06

    Conversion Automation

An AI citation that doesn't convert is a vanity metric. We build the conversion infrastructure — AI intake chatbot wired to your CRM, missed-call-text-back, lead routing, follow-up sequences, review automation, AI Visibility Reports — so the moment a buyer arrives from an AI recommendation, the path to a booked call is frictionless. This is the layer that turns AI search visibility into actual revenue and is the reason our retainers pay for themselves inside the first quarter.

Why this works

The most specific match wins. Always.

LLMs do not pick the most popular brand. They pick the most specific, structurally clear, and trustworthy answer to the exact question asked. A vague "Houston moving company" loses to "Houston same-day apartment movers for renters and students" every time — even if the vague brand has 10× the marketing budget.

That insight reorganizes everything. You don't need to outspend the category leader. You need to be more specifically right, more structurally clear, and more topically authoritative for the queries that actually drive your revenue.

We build that specificity, that structure, and that authority — layer by layer, page by page, citation by citation — until the engines can't recommend anyone else.

SPECIFICITY · MEASURED RETRIEVAL CONFIDENCE "marketing agency" 12% confidence "Houston marketing agency" 28% confidence "AI marketing agency for clinics" 54% confidence "AI Search Growth System for hormone optimization clinics" 87% confidence → THE PRINCIPLE Narrow positioning compounds. Vague positioning leaks. Each layer of specificity multiplies retrieval confidence — and reduces competition by an order of magnitude at every step.
Where most agencies stop

The difference is in the layers nobody else builds.

A typical agency delivers
  • Keyword research and Google ranking targets
  • Blog posts written for search volume, not buyer intent
  • Generic LocalBusiness schema and a copy-pasted FAQ
  • A pretty homepage and three service pages
  • Paid ads pushing traffic to a generic contact form
  • A monthly report counting impressions
We deliver
  • + A locked positioning statement and Language Lock running through every surface
  • + A 30–80 prompt buyer prompt map driving the entire content calendar
  • + Fully saturated, @id-linked schema across every page type
  • + Decision-stage page coverage spanning the full buyer journey
  • + An AI intake chatbot, missed-call automation, and lead routing wired to your CRM
  • + Monthly AI Visibility Reports tracking your citation rank across all four LLMs
